I’m a new runner, can I still participate? program for you no matter what your level of experience. We dorecommend that you have a running base of 15 miles per week.
What if I travel on weekends and can’t make long runs? program on a weekly basis. It is not necessary to complete long runs as a group.
What If I cannot make two speed workouts per week? whichyou can complete on your own time in lieu of the group session. I’m not sure yet if I really want to do a marathon or if I want to commit to six months? immensely by investing in this six month program. You are under no obligation to complete a marathon at the end of the program, but we hope you will be inspired to do so!
I would like to run a half marathon this fall instead of a marathon, is this training still appropriate for me? schedule for half -marathon training. The group sessions are importantelements of training programs for events of all distances. I am competing in a triathlon, is this training still appropriate for me?
What if I get injured? will modify your program accordingly. RunUrban will also refer you to our support experts to assist you in your recovery. If a doctor declares that you are unable to complete the program, you willbe refunded for any pre-paid portion of your program with adoctor’s letter. No retroactive refunds will be provided.
