
SPEED & FORM
This 10-week program is provided twice a week and focuses on key factors such as VO2Max and form. By completing interval workouts, repetition workouts, and tempo runs, you will sharpen your skills and become a faster runner, and improve your fitness and overall health.
+ 10 Week Winter Program: February 20th - April 26th
+ 10 Week Spring 10 Week Session: May 1st - July 5th
+ Get motivated by NYCs top coaches
+ Improve your endurance, speed, and running mechanics
+ Improve your performance by using specific VO2 max, tempo, and repetition workouts
+ Get in shape, build muscle tone, and lose weight
+ Great training for races of any distance from 5k to marathon
+ Ongoing 10 week sessions are offered all year, with a special 6-week winter session package to kick off 2012

Want to get faster, stronger and have more endurance? It takes consistent participation. Many of our athletes know that they get exponentially faster results when they work out with Run Urban twice per week. The program is designed so that you'll get a variety of workouts that are scientifically proven to increase your speed and endurance.
The cost for two weekly workouts versus one is only $5 more per week!

RunUrban is NYC’s premiere program because our staff believes in excellence. At RunUrban we believe in first hand experience and education. Those two things build the foundation of all our programs. Our Coaches are all USA Track & Field Certified and are practicing runner’s themselves. Our nutrition counselors are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with different specialties.
