Beginner's Running Program
RunUrban's Beginner Running program is designed for new runners. If you've been wishing you could run, but are not sure how to start, this program is for you! This 10 - Week program is your first step toward incorporating running into your health and fitness routine. Our dedicated Beginner's running coach is patient and motivating.
Our Saturday Kids and Family Run Day program also welcomes new runners as individuals or with their young family members 9 years or older. This program fosters a love of exercise and running in a fun and motivating environment.

MEET YOUR COACHES AND COUNSELORS
RunUrban is NYC’s premiere program because our staff believes in excellence. At RunUrban we believe in first hand experience and education. Those two things build the foundation of all our programs. Our Coaches are all USA Track & Field Certified and are practicing runner’s themselves. Our nutrition counselors are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with different specialties.
