
Beginner's Running Program - ONE STEP AT A TIME
RunUrban's Beginner Running and Weight loss program is designed for new runners not yet running 15 miles per week. If you've been wishing you could run, but are not sure how to start, this program is for you! This 10- Week program is your first step toward incorporating running into your health and fitness routine. Our dedicated Beginner's running coach is patient and motivating.
+ 10 Week Winter Program: February 20th - April 26th
+ 10 Week Spring 10 Week Session: May 1st - July 5th
+ Great For Developing Fitness and Losing Weight
+ Small Class Size allows for individual attention with the support of a group
+ Incorporates Core Strength and Exercises to enhance running endurance and form
+ Ongoing 10 week sessions with a special 6 - week Winter Session to kick off 2012

RunUrban is NYC’s premiere program because our staff believes in excellence. At RunUrban we believe in first hand experience and education. Those two things build the foundation of all our programs. Our Coaches are all USA Track & Field Certified and are practicing runner’s themselves. Our nutrition counselors are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with different specialties.
