We will respond to your request for inventory availability within 24 hours of when you submit your request (M-F only), between 10am and 12pm the next business day. From the time of your confirmation and payment, we’ll ship them to you at no charge via (UPS). For a $10 fee, Urban Athletics will messenger the shoes for same day delivery!

Return policy: All Returns must be done in- store within two weeks of your confirmed ship date. Payment must be made via credit card before product will ship.
