Eight Week Nutrition and Running “Get Fit” Program.
This intensive Eight Week program is designed to motivate and guide you toward your fitness and weight loss goals.
You'll be paired with a Personal Running Coach and Nutritionist, who will meet with you to discuss your goals, and then provide a customized 8-week program via regular emails. You'll have ongoing motivation, inspiration and expertise from your coaches, who will partner with you every step of the way to achieve your goals!

RunUrban is NYC's premiere program because our staff believes in excellence. At RunUrban we believe in first hand experience and education.Those two things build the foundation of all our programs. Our Coaches are alll USA Track & Field Certified and are practicing runner's themselves. Our nutrition counselors are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and specialize in different backgrounds.
