For Mom's Only!
We welcome new and intermediate runners, or those who have taken some time away from exercise to this very special program. You will participate in weekly group sessions that focus on proper running form and endurance development. By the end of the program, beginners will complete a 5K race or fun run, and intermediates will complete a 10K. Participants will also receive a daily training program with instructions for training all week long, to keep you motivated every day.
Our mom's love the camaraderie of sharing the special bond of motherhood while taking valuable time for themselves to get in shape. If you think you need to get in shape before joining, think again! This class is right for you.

Train in Battery Park City on the Hudson River Park Jogging path. Your coach will email you prior to the first workout with your meeting location details.

RunUrban is NYC’s premiere program because our staff believes in excellence. At RunUrban we believe in first hand experience and education. Those two things build the foundation of all our programs. Our Coaches are all USA Track & Field Certified and are practicing runner’s themselves. Our nutrition counselors are graduates of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with different specialties.
