Junior and Youth Training Program
The UA NYC JUNIOR AND YOUTH PROGRAM is designed to provide young runners an opportunity to participate in a progressive training program while fostering a love for exercise and the sport of running. While all the kids will be encouraged to challenge themselves and do the best they can it will be done in an atmosphere of fun, learning and encouragement.
Training Sessions: Each session will comprise the following elements in order.
1. Warm up
2. Stretch
3. Running component
4. Agility drill, strength training
5. Stretch
While the initial workouts will be introductory in nature, the ten week program is progressive with the hope showing the kids that you can achieve and improve through commitment and a bit of work.
Bottled water will be provided for each session.
Central Park Junior Spring Saturday Training Program (ages 14 - 18) is offered Saturday at 9:30AM. Drop off and pick up will be at various locations in Central Park. Sessions begin 5/9/26 and end 7/11/26. No session will be held on July 4th. Sessions are $175.

Central Park Junior Spring Training Program (ages 7 - 13) is offered Tuesday at 4:00PM. Drop off and pick up will be at various locations in Central Park. Sessions begin 6/9/26 and end 7/7/26. Sessions are $250.
