Junior and Youth Training Program
The UA NYC JUNIOR AND YOUTH PROGRAM is designed to provide young runners an opportunity to participate in a progressive training program while fostering a love for exercise and the sport of running. While all the kids will be encouraged to challenge themselves and do the best they can it will be done in an atmosphere of fun, learning and encouragement.
Training Sessions: Each session will comprise the following elements in order.
1. Warm up
2. Stretch
3. Running component
4. Agility drill, strength training
5. Stretch
While the initial workouts will be introductory in nature, the ten week program is progressive with the hope showing the kids that you can achieve and improve through commitment and a bit of work.
Bottled water will be provided for each session.
Participants must be 13 years or older.
Central Park Junior Fall/Winter Saturday Training Program is offered Saturday at 9:30AM. Drop off and pick up will be at various locations in Central Park. Sessions begin 12/6/25 and ends 2/21/26. No sessions will be held the weeks of 12/22/25 and 12/29/25. Sessions are $175.
Central Park Junior Fall/Winter Training Program is offered Tuesday at 3:45/4:00PM, depending on daylight. Drop off and pick up will be at various locations in Central Park. Sessions begin 12/2/25 and ends 2/27/26. No sessions will be held the weeks of 12/22/25 and 12/29/25. Sessions are $495.
